Scope and purpose
OMEIX Search Agent is an internal tool used to review website search performance and public website health. It is not a consumer service. This policy describes the tool and this static information site.
Google Search Console data
When an authorized account holder runs a collection, the Agent requests Google Search Console data using the webmasters.readonly OAuth scope. It may read search-performance dimensions and metrics returned for the authorized property, including date, query, page, country, device, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average position. Google can omit or aggregate some data under its own reporting rules. The Agent records collection time, source, and the requested date window.
The data is used only for internal search-performance review, trend analysis, and reports. A response with no rows is recorded as no real data available, not as zero traffic.
The Agent includes a manual Bing Search Performance CSV importer. It has not been validated against a real official Bing export, so compatibility with Bing's current export format remains unverified. No Bing API connection or automatic Bing collection is active, and no Bing data is currently connected. For a file that is imported, the importer stores the fields it recognizes and retains the original field names and values.
Credentials
The Google OAuth desktop-client configuration is kept outside the Agent repository on the local Mac. OAuth access and refresh credentials are stored in macOS Keychain. The Agent does not intentionally place OAuth tokens or client credentials in GitHub, reports, or this static site. The account holder authorizes access through Google's OAuth consent flow; the Agent does not collect Google account passwords.
Storage and service providers
Search records are kept as versioned Memory files on the local Mac; SQLite is a rebuildable cache. If the owner manually runs the private repository's GitHub Actions workflow, the workflow may commit the current Memory files to the private GitHub repository and upload report, Memory, and backup artifacts. Those workflow artifacts are configured for seven-day retention. That offline workflow does not itself call the Google Search Console API, but it can include previously collected records that are present in Memory.
Google provides the Search Console API and processes requests under Google's terms and privacy documentation. GitHub processes repository data and workflow artifacts when the optional workflow is run. If this information site is deployed, Cloudflare Pages serves the static files and may process request information under Cloudflare's policies. The Agent does not send OAuth credentials to GitHub or Cloudflare Pages.
This site has no analytics or advertising tags, third-party scripts, forms, database, or sign-in system. Its pages do not intentionally set cookies. The Agent does not currently use a paid LLM service.
Retention and deletion
The Agent does not currently enforce an automatic retention period or provide an automatic deletion workflow for Memory records. The project owner controls manual deletion of local Memory files and backup archives. SQLite can be rebuilt from Memory. Copies committed to the private GitHub repository, Git history, or workflow artifacts are separate copies; deleting a local file does not remove those copies. GitHub workflow artifacts are configured to expire after seven days, while repository history is not covered by that artifact expiry.
For a deletion request, contact the project owner at minruichen535@gmail.com. The owner must review each applicable local, backup, repository, and artifact copy; deletion from one location does not automatically delete other copies.
Visitors to this information site
The static pages do not request search data from visitors and do not accept personal information. The hosting platform may process ordinary connection information needed to deliver and protect the site, subject to its own policies.
